Human-focused technology
Collab is a planning center for 3D printing in the dentistry field. The goal for their brand identity was to present the company as a dynamic and yet reliable new business, emphasizing their highly collaborative work process and digital workflow.
Streamlining the creative process
This project had a very tight deadline of two weeks. In order to meet it, it was important to focus on manually sketching out many different ideas to judge their potential before moving on to the computer: the concept had to be simple and strong on its own, without relying on an elaborate digital execution.
Digital with a warm touch
The final result was a two-toned typographic logo that builds into its letters both the idea of pieces coming together to form a whole, as well as a sense of flow between these pieces. For the colors, I opted for a palette that was both modern and warm, to balance out the technological and medical aspects of the business with their customer-oriented approach.
